One of the best looking watches to ever come my way is this Duval Chronograph from the 70's. The center hand and the regatta 5 minute marker in orange perfectly compliments this gorgeous dial. This fine example comes with it's original double box (no papers included).
While there's no clear history about Duval Watches, it's possible it's a small brand operating in the U.S. back in the 60's through 70's. The only thing I could find is that (Ernest) Duval was imported by a man named Edmond E. Robert which could possibly be a jeweler here in New York City. One thing's for certain is that the top hat logo on top of the Duval is a clear copy of Movado's top hat logo.
